THE ACCOMMODATION
Living Area
Tregosse has a light, spacious sitting room, which stretches from the front of the house to the back, with views out over the garden, fields and to the sea beyond. There is a wood-burning stove and a Smart TV, with two two-seater sofas and two armchairs. At the other end of the room lies a further L-shaped sofa plus another Smart TV with a DVD player tucked behind a cupboard - a perfect space for youngsters. There is also a desk area set between the two spaces.
In addition, the house has a wonderful Mesh WiFi system that's set up with boosters in each room, so you'll enjoy a good connection, even up in the second-floor bedrooms. There are also two Bose sound systems, one in the kitchen and one in the sitting room.
Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen and dining space are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is well-equipped with mod-cons, including a Nespresso machine and cafetière. We can also recommend private chefs for your stay. The dining table seats 10.
In addition, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility room, with a downstairs shower and underfloor heating.

Bedrooms
There are six bedrooms, three on the first floor and a further three on the second floor - all with Hypnos cloud mattresses.
The layout of the first and second floors means Tregosse is perfect for two families travelling together and being so well insulated sound doesn't carry between the two.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 - king-sized bed and original feature fireplace. En suite with bath with overhead shower. Sea views.
Bedroom 2 - super king-sized zip-and-link bed so it can be kept as a double or split into twins, for flexible sleeping arrangements. Sea views.
Bedroom 3 - super king-sized zip-and-link or twins.
These two rooms share the family bathroom with a bath and a double shower
Second Floor
Bedroom 4 - king-sized bed - ensuite bathroom with bath with overhead shower. Sea views.
Bedroom 5 - bunk bedroom with adult-size beds with stairs. Sea views.
Bedroom 6 - super king-sized zip-and-link bed or twins plus a small en suite shower room. Sea views.
Garden
Lawned garden, perfect for outside entertaining and a great space for adults and children. Outdoor dining table, L-shaped sofa, plantation chairs and BBQ.
The views from the garden are outstanding plus amazing nightly sunsets.
A stone’s throw from the coastal path whilst being very private and not overlooked. It is very peaceful - even in August!
